In GEA Barcelona, we use shipping services to ship the merchandise directly to your address. Once you receive the package at your home, you have 24 hours to notify us of any breakages or other issues that may arise.

The estimated delivery time is usually 4 to 5 days, although it may vary depending on the recipient's location. In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as accidents, bad weather or strikes, GEA BARCELONA does not assume responsibility for possible delays in delivery.

Before finalizing your order and proceeding to payment, we will inform you of the shipping cost.

Shipping will be free if your order meets any of these conditions:

• Pick it up in our Show Room or in one of our warehouses.
• Designate a transportation agency to pick up the order from our facilities.
• For the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands for orders over €1000 (net amount).
• For the Canary Islands on orders over €1,200 (net amount).
• In France and Italy on orders over €1,500.
• For inquiries about promotions in the EU area and the rest of the world.

*However, shipping will never be free for salt lamps, Moroccan geodes, selenite and sale products.
